How we make it
From raw material to dispatch
Every CANTER pipe and fitting passes through the same disciplined path at our Raisen plant, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Raw material
High-quality virgin resin only - no scrap, regrind or recycled material - selected and checked before it goes anywhere near a machine.
Extrusion & moulding
Pipes and conduit are extruded; fittings and junction boxes are injection-moulded for consistent shape and wall.
Inspection
Dimensions, wall thickness and finish are checked, and sockets are matched to the pipes they join.
Packing & dispatch
Securely packed and dispatched from Raisen to dealers, distributors and project sites.
